As a condition to continued use of SignOn's services as well as a condition precedent to Your obtaining a valid license to use any Public Content, You agree that You will not infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way.
SignOn will terminate the account of any User whom SignOn has found to violate its policy against intellectual property infringement. SignOn may unilaterally terminate Your use of its services upon any single act of infringement consummated through the use of SignOn's services or if SignOn determines Your use of its services is harmful to the interests of SignOn or others.
SignOn will respond expeditiously to all claims of copyright infringement that meet certain minimum requirements.
