SignOn Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)
is an easy-to-use video interpreting system
that uses the latest web-based technology for on-demand access to sign language interpreting services without an interpreter onsite. With just a computer, webcam and a high-speed broadband connection, customers can have instant access to SignOn’s highly trained interpreters.
Individuals, companies, hospitals, schools and state and federal agencies can now easily fulfill the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and No Child Left Behind, by subscribing to the SignOn VRI service.
SignOn VRI does not require any complicated videoconferencing equipment or any router and firewall port adjustments. The service will work with a standard web browser and broadband connection.
